Singer Faith Evans has been charged with two counts of DUI.
According to TMZ the L.A. City Attorney filed the case and if convicted, she faces a max of 6 months in jail.
This all stems from Faith’s arrest in August during a stop at a DUI checkpoint near the Marina Del Rey section of L.A.
