Jennifer Aniston was honored for her achievement in film at Elle magazine’s annual Women in Hollywood event Monday night out in Los Angeles and she showed up ready to WOW the crowd.
The 42 year-old Horrible Bosses star showed it ALL off in shimmery short dress with the ultimate plunging neckline at the magazine’s 18th tribute which was held in at the Four Seasons Hotel.
Jenn arrived with her new boo, Justin Theroux, who decided to let her take all the shine and did not work the grey carpet.
