Breezy is taking the safe route!!!!
Chris Brown wont be doing any interviews during the red carpet arrivals at the upcoming Grammys, this according to RadarOnline.com.
Chris who is nominated for three Grammy awards and who is planning an “over the top performance” when he takes to the stage on Sunday night, will not be making any stops for interviews when walking down the red carpet at the Staples Center out in Los Angeles. That is if he even walks at all.
The reason for not doing red carpet interviews before the ceremony? Chris who has already moved on to new girlfriend, Karrueche Tran, is just simply tired of answering questions about what happened three years ago when had to surrender to the LAPD after beating his then girlfriend, Rihanna.
“Chris just wants to do his performance, and let his musicspeak for him. Chris and Rihanna have both moved on from what happened, and Chris has accepted responsibility for his actions,” an insider tells RadarOnline.com. “Chris thinks it’s unfair that the media wants to focus on the incident, especially when you look at how the media treats Charlie Sheen. Sheen isn’t asked about his criminal record involving several women, including his now ex-wife.
“Chris might answer a few questions if he wins an award, but it would be very short, and he would only take a few questions, and not talk about Rihanna. Chris is hopeful that his performance will close that chapter on his life. He will be bringing his mom to the awards ceremony, she is his biggest fan, and he has told her he is dedicating his performance to her,” the source says.
The Grammy Awards will air this Sunday on CBS 8/7 central.
