French actor Olivier Martinez has confirmed reports that back in January he proposed to Halle Berry. “Yes, of course it’s true,” he told The Miami Herald while promoting his new South Beach restaurant Villa Azur.
The actress’ emerald engagement ring was designed by Parisian jeweler Robert Mazlo, whom Olivier calls “a real artist” who has been making jewelry for “kings and queens for many centuries.”
The couple became an item after having starred together in the 2010 film Dark Tide.
