Almost four years after they were married in the Bahamas, Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon renewed their vows in  ceremony Friday night atop the Eiffel Tower.

Mariah wore a gorgeous white silk mermaid dress with spaghetti straps and a black bow at the waist while Cannon rocked a white suit, black tie and some blue suede shoes.

“Tonight was an incredible night,” the MiMi Tweeted. “I can’t express how amazing it was to renew our vows in Paris at the top of the Eiffel tower.”

On Monday, the couple who are parents to twins Monroe and Moroccan, will be celebrating their four-year anniversary.
