Joe Giudice Faces 10 Years In Jail For Fraud

The husband of Real Housewives of New Jersey star Teresa Giudice will have to stand trial for obtaining a phony driver’s license fraudentely.
According to RadarOnline during a court hearing Monday, Joe Giudice rejected a plea deal after he was accused of using his brother’s identification to get a new license while his own was suspended for Driving While Intoxicated after he flipped his truck while driving in Montville in January 2010.
The state’s plea offer of five years in state prison was turned down by Joe’s attorney during the brief hearing in Superior Court in Paterson, NJ.
The judge has set a date of October 1st for Joe to return to court to set the trial date.
