Chad Johnson Arrested For Domestic Violence

NFL star Chad Johnson was arrested Saturday night for domestic violence allegedly against his brand spanking new wife Evelyn Lozada.
Law enforcement sources tell TMZ that Chad allegedly head-butted the “Basketball Wives” star during an argument, and when cops arrived to the scene, Ev had lacerations on her forehead which landed her in the hospital for several hours.
According to our sources, the fight started when Ev found a receipt for condoms in the center of the couple’s Maserati and confronted Chad about it.
A verbal argument ensued and at some point during the argument, Chad head-butted Ev.
According to reports, Chad who is reportedly still in custody until he sees a judge before he can be released, tells police that he butted heads with his wife by accident.
The couple was married last month after he proposed to his reality star wife back in November 2010 with a 10-carat diamond ring. Their entire wedding was filmed for their upcoming reality show special on VH1.
