45386, LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA – Friday September 24 2010. **BREAKING NEWS** Lindsay Lohan has been taken back into custody after Judge Elden Fox denied her bail following her failed drug test.
Picture shows Lindsay arriving at court in Los Angeles. Last week she publicly acknowledged failing the drug test by posting a Twitter message, and now risks a 30-day jail sentence. The judge said he would sentence her to a month in jail for each drug test she skipped or failed, but he still has discretion on her punishment. “Regrettably, I did in fact fail my most recent drug test and if I am asked, I am prepared to appear before Judge Fox… as a result,” Lohan tweeted last week.
