Jason Derulo Recovering From Broken Neck With Jordin Sparks By His Side

Jason Derulo is already making great progress with his recovery just three weeks after the R&B star fractured his neck during a tour rehearsal, which nearly causing him to become paralyzed,
“I’m taking it one day at a time,” Jason tells PEOPLE in his first interview since the accident. “It’s been really eye opening. It’s given me a chance to look at everything and realize how blessed I truly am.”
And who’s playing sexy nurse in all this???!!!! Who else but his now officially confirmed girlfriend, Jordin Sparks.
“We are together,” says Jason,23. “She lives in Phoenix and she comes [to Miami] and takes care of me, brings me breakfast in bed and she’ll go on walks with me. We’ve gotten closer because of my accident. It’s awesome to have someone you can talk to and she’s a wonderful person.”
Speaking on how he injured himself, he says it happened in Miami while rehearsing for his tour when he attempted to perform a dance move that he had done hundreds of times before, but accidentally landed on his head, snapping a vertebrae. “It was shocking because I’ve never broken a bone or anything! Hurt like hell.”
Jason is getting used to his neck brace which he says is now “becoming part of my body” and is using his down time to take some piano lessons and write music for an upcoming album.
“I’m going to make another album while I’m down,” he says. “We’ll see what comes out of that. I don’t know what it’s called yet, but it’s really inspired.”

Khloe Kardashian is definately getting comfy down in Dallas!!!
After moving out to Texas following husband Lamar Odom‘s NBA trade, the reality star has not only settled into her new home but has also landed herself a new job.
While Lam Lam is busy burning it on on the court playing for the Mavericks, Klo will be chopping it up on air via her new radio show, “The Mix-up with Khloè” on Mix 102.9 in Dallas.
Speaking on her new gig Khloe wrote:
“Doing radio in Miami a few years ago was some of the most fun I’ve ever had and I can’t wait to get back into it here in Dallas! You all know that I love to talk LOL, so this is the perfect gig for me. I can’t wait to get started! My first show will be this Monday, January 30, and I am beyond excited! In the new issue of Maxim magazine Evelyn Lozada is showing of that great body of hers which she usually keeps under wraps in long flowy maxi dresses on the hit VH1 show ‘Basketball Wives’.
Evelyn who is reading up for her own spin-off reality show with fiance Chad Ochocinco is quite pleased which her very sexy shoot and has even goes on to call the shoot “exhilarating”.
“I was so thrilled and honored to shoot with Maxim magazine! She says. “This was one of the most professional and best shoots I’ve ever.”
Along with her racy spread came a quite basic interview:
You really heated up our graffiti and murals set for this photo shoot! Is your New York hometown still your favorite city? It’s my favorite place when it’s not cold, and right now New York is freezing! I’ve been living in Miami where we shoot the show, so I’ve gotten a little spoiled.
Do you ever go topless on South Beach? No. I would never do that. Being topless on South Beach is not a good look. (laughs)
You’re engaged to New England Patriots star Chad Ochocinco, but you star on a show called Basketball Wives. Did we miss something? I was formerly in a 10-year relationship with NBA veteran Antoine Walker. He played for the Boston Celtics, Miami Heat, and a couple of other teams.
Your shoot shows you have tight end skills of your own. Which of your body parts do you love most? My breasts. They’re pretty. (laughs)
If you weren’t a reality TV star, what would your second career be? Full-time entrepreneur. Before Basketball Wives, I was very busy in Miami with my shoe store, Dulce. I love shoes. And the only reason I signed on to do the show was to help promote my store. So if my life wasn’t so non-stop now, I would be at my store 24/7.

Demi Moore Claims Treatment Is For “Exhaustion”

Demi Moore‘s rep has come forward to clear up rumors that the actress has been hospitalized and is seeking treatment for substance abuse.
Her rep tells PEOPLE:
“Because of the stresses in her life right now, Demi has chosen to seek professional assistance to treat her exhaustion and improve her overall health. She looks forward to getting well and is grateful for the support of her family and friends.”
TMZ had reported that paramedics responded to a 911 call at Moore’s home on Monday night and the actress was rushed to a local hospital after a 30-minute assessment.
Radaronline reports that Demi had a seizure Monday night before she was rushed to the hospital and is now in treatment for anorexia, among other substance abuse issues.
“I can confirm that we received an emergency call at 10:49 p.m. for an unknown illness related to that address,” L.A. City Fire Dept. spokesman Matt Spence tells PEOPLE when asked about the home where Demi lives. “We transported at least one patient to a local hospital. The patient was transported at 11:21 p.m.”
Demi, 49, who had split from her husband Ashton Kutcher back in November is said to have tried to reconcile with Ashton who straight rejected her.
Beyonce Pays Tribute To Etta James: “This Is A Huge Loss”

Beyonce has taken a moment out her busy new mommy schedule to pay tribute to singer Etta James, following her death on Friday.
The singer who played the soul legend in the 2008 film Cadillac Records, took to her website to express her sadness over the loss:
“This is a huge loss. Etta James was one of the greatest vocalists of our time. I am so fortunate to have met such a queen. Her musical contributions will last a lifetime. Playing Etta James taught me so much about myself, and singing her music inspired me to be a stronger artist. When she effortlessly opened her mouth, you could hear her pain and triumph. Her deeply emotional way of delivering a song told her story with no filter. She was fearless, and had guts. She will be missed.”

Heidi Klum And Seal Divorcing?!!!!

It can’t be!! I love these two together.
Heidi Klum and Seal are reportedly all set to file for divorce in Los Angeles Superior Court this upcoming week, according to TMZ.
The couple who have been married since 2005, have not been seen together since December 27th, when the supermodel-mom Tweeted a photo of herself and her singer husband out in Aspen for the holidays, reports the Daily Mail.
Heidi and Seal have three children together: Henry Günther, 6, Johan Riley, 5, and Lou, 2. Heidi also has a daughter Leni, 7, with Italian entrepreneur Flavio Briatore.
There has been no comment from either one of their reps.
Vanessa Bryant Gets Three Homes And $75 MILLION In Divorce Settlement

Vanessa Bryant has landed the mother of all divorce settlements!!!!
Kobe Bryant‘s ex will allegedly receive $75 million, as well all the couple’s three properties out in Newport Beach, California according to a divorce settlement agreement.
Sources with knowledge of the agreement tell TMZ that Vanessa will get the mansion the couple lived in, a new home which they had been building for the past two years and a third home in which her mother has been living.
Along with the homes, Vanessa will also supposedly be receiving half of the couple’s total assets, which is estimated at $150 million.
I am assuming Kobe is fine which the generous split, since when the divorce was signed back in December, a joint statement from the former couple, who have two children together, read:
“The Bryants have resolved all issues incident to their divorce privately with the assistance of counsel and a judgment dissolving their marital status will be entered in 2012.”

Etta James Dies Of Leukemia At 73

After a long battle with leukemia, legendary blues singer Etta James, has died at the age of 73.
Etta’s longtime friend and manager, Lupe De Leon, first confirmed the news to CNN:
“This is a tremendous loss for the family, her friends and fans around the world,” De Leon said. “She was a true original who could sing it all – her music defied category. I worked with Etta for over 30 years. She was my friend and I will miss her always.”
In January 2010 the singer had been hospitalized to deal with a blood infection and other ailments which included Alzheimer’s disease. Later in May 2011, she was once again admitted to a California hospital with a urinary tract infection and the blood infection sepsis.

Jay-Z Finally!!! Resurfaces For 40/40 Club Re-Opening

Look at the pinky ring!!!!
Just for a few hours Jay-Z left wife Beyonce and their new baby girl Blue Ivy at home on Wednesday night to celebrate the relaunch of his world famous 40/40 in New York City.
Despite rumors that Bey who gave birth on January 7th would be making her first post-baby public appearance at the celeb filled party, Hov arrived solo at around 11 P.M.
According to PEOPLE he took a moment to chat it up with friends and fans, but spent the rest of the night in the security-blocked VIP section along with celebs such as Swizz Beatz, Warren Buffett, CC Sabitha, Fabolous, Selita Ebanks and our favorite Mob Wives star Renee Graziano.
Hov later left the party at close to 2 a.m. to rejoin his singer wife who was left at home with Momma Knowles and Momma Carter who my sources tell me have been living with the couple in their NYC apartment since the birth of their daughter.
